CBD is short for cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is an extract from hemp, a commonly used term for strains of the cannabis sativa plant with very low levels of THC. Today, hemp is used in a wide range of products in the United States and globally.

You must ensure that all CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC for it to be consumed without any legal complications.

Delta-8 THC (short for delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids that are produced naturally by the cannabis plant. Delta-8 THC can probably best be described as a less potent, more uplifting and clear-headed version of Delta-9 THC.  

 Delta 9 THC is the classic THC compound known around the world. Delta 9 products with less than 0.3% THC.  There are no long-term, definitive studies on the effects of delta-9 THC. Everything that follows is based on firsthand user experiences with delta10 THC and is provided as information only.

In most states, you must be 21 years or older to buy CBD products. In states like Florida, CBD is legal and easily available as over the counter products.

It depends. Our CBD products contain zero to less than .3 THC. Some drug tests can’t differentiate among cannabinoids. CBD is from plants (hemp) in the cannabis family. Therefore, we cannot guarantee CBD will not show up.
